О нашей школе
Our sailing school was born in 2021 — out of a deep love for the sea and sailing.
When you truly love something, you want to share it — the beauty, the experience, and the way it changes you.

Our mission is simple: to teach people how to sail safely, confidently, and in harmony with the wind.
We help you discover your inner strength, new possibilities, and the joy of being at sea.

But beyond that, we want to share the magic of the sea — the way it stops time, brings people together, and opens hearts.
The sea inspires poems, songs, and stories. It teaches us to live in the moment and reminds us of what really matters.

Sailing is full of incredible people and transformations.
You don’t just learn how to steer a yacht — you learn something new about yourself.

So don’t just dream about it — come and experience it.
Join our school — your most exciting adventure is waiting!

OUR FLEET

We’re growing and evolving!
This year, our students have the opportunity to practice on three sailing yachts of different sizes and sail types.
After successfully passing their exams, our graduates can independently charter any of our school’s yachts for their own sailing adventures.
"SKYFALL" / Elan 45 impression 2016
SKYFALL — our main training yacht since 2021.
A classic mainsail, furling genoa, and comfortable interior with four double cabins, two electric toilets, air conditioning, and heating make her perfect for training year-round.
Winner of several regattas and a true sea traveler, SKYFALL remains our most experienced and reliable yacht — always ready for new adventures.
" TIMELESS" / Elan 50 Impression 2017
TIMELESS — our special training yacht.
We use her mainly for advanced training or when a student plans to buy a larger yacht.
TIMELESS features a furling mainsail and five double cabins, offering plenty of space and comfort.
Many of our students, after gaining confidence at sea, choose her for holidays with friends and family — she’s perfect for that.
"SKYLINE" / Elan 43
SKYLINE — the newest member of our fleet.
She joined us straight from the shipyard in March 2024.
Exceptionally spacious for her size, SKYLINE 3 comes with a diverse sail wardrobe — a self-tacking jib, a classic genoa, and a gennaker.
Equipped with a bowsprit and folding propeller, she’s built with true racing and cruising ambitions.

Inside, SKYLINE 3 offers comfortable double cabins, an electric toilet, and a roomy shower.
Her large cockpit with a grill and a convertible lounge table makes her a favorite for relaxation.
We use SKYLINE 3 for training small and VIP groups who value both comfort and performance.
OUT TEAM
Nikita Vavilov
Founder & Instructor
I started sailing at the age of 10 on an Optimist class.
I took part in many junior sailing competitions, and as I grew, so did the size of the boats — moving on to team yachts with crews of two, three, and more people.

In everyday life, I worked in dentistry and as a ski and snowboard instructor.
But my passion for yachts, sailing races, and the sea made me change everything — I left my job and moved to the coast, where I learned to handle large yachts and catamarans.

Seeing how many people were genuinely fascinated by sailing inspired me to create a community of like-minded sea lovers.
That’s how our sailing school was born — a place where we teach everyone who dreams of the sea to sail, to become captains, and to lead both a yacht and a crew.
Today, our students travel and race with us, sharing the same wind, sea, and adventure.

“The greatest joy for an instructor is meeting former students in new harbors — now as true captains of their own yachts.”

I came into the world of sailing from a completely different side — from behind a computer screen.
For most of my life, I worked as a project manager in Croatia.
Then, in 2016, a friend asked me to organize a corporate regatta for his company — and from that moment, something started to change.

Life without the sea began to feel dull.
A year later, I was already managing a charter base on the Croatian coast — and that’s where new connections naturally led me to where I am today.
Our sailing school was founded in 2021.
It simply had to happen — there was no other way for me to share my biggest passion: bringing people closer to the sea and sailing.

Now my life spins like a colorful kaleidoscope — full of amazing places, events, and people — and it continues to inspire me every single day.
It might sound ambitious, but I truly believe that what we do changes people’s lives for the better.
And that’s the best motivation to keep going.
OUR BASE SLANO
One of ours school is located in the small coastal town of Slano, founded many centuries ago by the Romans in a naturally protected bay.
In 2017, one of Croatia’s ACI marinas (part of the network of 22 marinas across the country) opened here — and it has since become our home base.

Without false modesty, we can say that we haven’t yet seen a better marina for beginner sailors.
The bay is fully sheltered, and the wide fairways between the docks help our students stay calm and confident during their first mooring maneuvers.
Friendly marina staff are always ready to assist with docking.

The marina offers all the necessary facilities: a restaurant, swimming pool, comfortable restrooms and showers, and a laundry room.
And just a five-minute walk away — you’ll find crystal-clear beaches perfect for relaxing after a day on the water.

How to get here
✈️ By plane: fly into Dubrovnik Airport, then it’s just 40 km by taxi or public transport to Slano.
From Split Airport, the distance is about 200 km.
