One of ours school is located in the small coastal town of Slano, founded many centuries ago by the Romans in a naturally protected bay.
In 2017, one of Croatia’s ACI marinas (part of the network of 22 marinas across the country) opened here — and it has since become our home base.
Without false modesty, we can say that we haven’t yet seen a better marina for beginner sailors.
The bay is fully sheltered, and the wide fairways between the docks help our students stay calm and confident during their first mooring maneuvers.
Friendly marina staff are always ready to assist with docking.
The marina offers all the necessary facilities: a restaurant, swimming pool, comfortable restrooms and showers, and a laundry room.
And just a five-minute walk away — you’ll find crystal-clear beaches perfect for relaxing after a day on the water.
